 Working in a centralised unit and responsible for taking and making calls to existing and potential customers of the Society, you will be able to listen to customer needs and deliver a service second to none offering a great range of products, outstanding customer service and a fulfilling working environment. 
 To succeed in this vacancy you will have excellent sales and customer service skills and be at ease communicating with a wide range of people over the telephone.  To meet individual targets as determined by the Society&amp;rsquo;s Direct Manager. 
 To work as part of the team in order to achieve the Societies Direct targets.

 This role is for a 35 hour week rota covering the periods 8.00am - 7.00pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. You will be required to undertake study to achieve the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice.

<p>You must be fully FPC qualified and ideally have reached diploma status or working towards it. Experience in advising high net worth clients is desirable.You will be supplied leads from cross referrals plus they have a large existing client&nbsp;base,&nbsp;but ideally you would also generate leads from networking opportunities and client referrals.&nbsp;&nbsp;You will receive full paraplanning and administration support.</p>
<p>&nbsp;This is an office based role but frequent business and home visits are envisaged.</p>
<p>&nbsp;Position is employed with basic salary dependant on experience and is expected to be in the region of &pound;40000 - &pound;50000 plus benefits</p>
