With the general election hype now a distant memory and new yearly budgets underway in businesses, SGL have seen an upturn in the market.  It was apparent that our Clients were waiting for the outcome of the general election before taking decisions which could impact their businesses says Lewis Greene, Managing Director – SGL.

We are now looking at the 2^nd quarter of 2010 as being far more busy for us than the same time last year and most certainly the first quarter of this year when requirements were less than the growth we would have welcomed, however knowing that the situation was only temporary, Greene used his team’s energy in building relationships which have now paid off with a healthy and expanding requirement listing.

Lewis commented “I am happy in the way SGL was prepared for the dip in business it experienced in the first quarter, we communicated openly with our Clients and each other which saw SGL receive substantially more requirements in the week following the election than predicted, with a conversion of 85% proving to its clients that SGL continues to demonstrate its commitment always striving to deliver the best service at all times”.
