SGL Resourcing Ltd is in close conversations with clients within its offshore division and hope to start recruiting for this market once again.  Following a rather difficult time for many IFA’s in 2009, SGL saw a decline in offshore placements with those initial candidates showing an interest in working abroad, feeling the risk too high in such uncertain times.  However, candidates have now started to drift back to SGL requesting information regarding opportunities working abroad.

“Relationships had never been severed with our clients”, Lewis Greene, MD explains, “we felt the anguish our candidates felt in 2009.  Our main aim in everything we do is to be honest with both candidate and client – this approach has given us the opportunity to regain the trust our client has in us”.

Greene has just returned from talks with some major international financial clients in Dubai and is looking forward to an exciting time ahead placing qualified IFA’s with reputable clients who will succeed to enjoy a rewarding salary and job prospects ahead of hard work.

Greene concludes “The markets are stabilising worldwide it appears, so why not re-commence this area of business for SGL Resourcing, after all it makes perfect business sense to build upon an already developed area with very little effort at all”.
