Our client, one of the UK’s largest Building Societies with 570,000 members and £7.1 billion assets is looking for a CeMap qualified Branch Manager for their South Sheilds Branch.

You will be more than just a Manager, you will be a team coach, a champion of customer service, a driver of sales – achieving results through people and on the bottom line, by maximising the potential of a quality direct mortgage, investments and financial services portfolio. Your responsibilities will include motivating and management of a team, you will have overall responsibility for the Mortgage Sales process and must be experienced within this field – ideally within a bank or building society, however my client will consider experienced Mortgage advisers with management experience and the drive, ambition and mindset they desire to manage this thriving branch.

The ideal candidate will have good sales or performance management experience and must be fully CeMap qualified as well as having the personal credibility to lead a small and highly successful team in South Shields.

This position offers a salary of £25,000 - £38,000 with bonus paid on performance plus excellent benefits package, 25 days holiday, pension scheme, private medical insurance, PHI and superb prospects from a company that promotes from within.  Hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with occasional Saturday work, working 9am – 12pm.
