Our client is a very well known Bank with Branches throughout the UK. They currently have a position available in their Preston branch as a Branch Manager. This vacancy is to cover maternity cover.
This Branch Manager’s vacancy is critical to the success of the Bank. You will be expected to coach, develop and oversee branch colleagues in order to achieve team and individual targets. You will support the delivery of exceptional customer service, continuous improvement and effective ways of working.
The salary offered for this position is £24,000 – £37,000 plus excellent benefits.
This is a flexible contract working a 35 hour week and may include some Saturdays with time off in lieu.
