Financial Services Administrator - Oxford

Our client, is one of the region’s largest composite firms of Independent Financial Advisers and Insurance Consultants.  They advise on all aspects of commercial insurance and personal insurance including motor, home and travel as well as offering bespoke advice and solutions for pensions, life assurance, investments and mortgages.

Our client is currently looking to recruit a full time experienced Financial Services Administrator for their busy Oxford office.  Consideration will be taken into account your level of experience with the role being adapted to suit the successful individual if necessary.  This being said, you will need to show you have an IFA background of some form as you will be working within a team of IFA’s, Paraplanners and an admin team.

Ideally you will be experienced in personal pensions along with knowledge of investments and protection products desirable, together with a thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, internet and email usage.  A financial services qualification is an advantage, but not essential. 

The successful applicant will be friendly, diligent and able to deal with professional clientele.  You will need to be adaptable, a team player who can work on their own initiative and possess the desire to provide clients with the service levels they are used to receiving.

This is a full time, non-sales based role working Monday to Friday.

The salary for this vacancy is £18 - £22,000, depending upon experience.
