Sales & Marketing Progressor

Our Client is one of the single biggest sales driver for new properties who are currently looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Progressor.

Main Purpose of Role:

• Responsible for the successful completion of properties purchased.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Weekly contact with appointed agents for sales of properties
• Liaison with house builders / client / vender , with advice and suggestion how to better market their properties
• Receive & Qualify Offers
• Resolution of potential issues
• Ensuring deadlines are met and agreed , and communicated to all parties
• Weekly meeting with your team to understand the status of properties
• Ensuring reports are completed in time
• Communicate with clients enabling stronger relationships are built and maintained

Knowledge Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of estate agency
• Confident, articulate telephone manner
• Good organisation skills
• Knowledge of valuation
• Good organisation skills & attention to detail
• Communicator at all levels
• Microsoft Office Excel Word and Outlook
